I am in you to help you.
You have power over this.
I am your creator; you are made of Me.

I would not tell you to take every thought captive if it was not possible -
if I did not enable you and expect you to do it. I am in your doing it.
My peace I give you. Hear My words. Take them in.
Accept nothing I do not give you.

I abide in My own peace in the center of you.
I am in you. Fear not!
I am in you. Assert this! Act like it. (Ac_Ac: act accordingly).
You have nothing to fear.
The love of God is shed abroad in your heart by the Holy Ghost who is given into you.
Anxiety and its relatives are enemies.

In My presence of love, fear, darkness and all its cohorts are crushed, pulverized, obliterated, vanquished, disintegrated. Let no thing (by disturbance, etc.) overwhelm or displace the awareness and certainty of My immediate, almighty presence inside you.

Be belligerent and ruthless toward every word or thought that contests what the Holy Spirit reveals to you.

Remember that you are the object of My love. But, not the end of My objective.
