This is not a contest
This is a conquest.

Jesus comes not to compete or contend.
Jesus is here to rule.

Jesus comes not to debate
deliberate
hesitate
negotiate
or equivocate.

Rather, Jesus has come to subjugate
disintegrate
obliterate
every dark, demonic work,
every proud, exalted notion,
in the world and minds of men,
that rails against His Love,
His Word, His Kingdom.

Jesus is not here
to present us a choice
among many options.
Rather, as Master,
or nothing at all.

Jesus has spoken and daily speaks
in words,
in works
in love and power.
That they might have life,
I have come.

Eradicating all options,
standing unopposed,
holding the keys to death and Hell,
robed in majesty and armed with strength,
as Prince of Life, as Lord of Lords,
Jesus has come,
His hand outstretched
to you.
