Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world.
He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. Heb 1:1-3
We unite with Jesus’ thoughts, His will, and His affections . . . His undaunted, furious wildfire to present God’s image by doing three essential things:
ONE - to please The Father.
"Then said I, Lo, I come:
in the volume of the book it is written of me,
I delight to do thy will, O my God:
yea, thy law is within my heart. Ps 40:7-8
So that the world may know that I love the Father,
I do exactly as the Father commanded Me. Get up, let us go from here. John 14:31
TWO - to seek, save, rescue, deliver the lost.
For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost. Luke 19:10
THREE - to crush the skull of the enemy under the sole of your foot, in Jesus name.
And He said to them, "I was watching Satan fall from heaven like lightning. Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven.” Luke 10:18-20
I will give you the keys of heaven’s kingdom realm to forbid on earth that which is forbidden in heaven, and to release on earth that which is released in heaven. Matthew 16:19
When that same fire, is YOUR fire,
When the roar and the flames are ONE ROLLING THUNDER,
THEN is the context in which all the powers of the Gospel are opened into you. . .
Such is the CONTEXT in which His mother, brothers, and friends – do the will of His Father,
and whose love for the Gospel Testimony of Christ exceeds the love of their own lives.
Therein we become those of whom the Son of Man will not be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.
. . . the CONQUERING CONTEXT whereby 1 man puts 1,000 to flight, and 2 men put 10,000 to flight!
. . . where nothing is impossible to him who believes.
