Outcomes do not define, explain or confirm original intentions. God, who is the immutable will to all goodness, made men for glory, delight, productivity, and exultation. In the same way a child displays the physical characteristics and the spirit and intent of his parents’ heart, so every person is born to uniquely express the image of God in spirit and in truth.
That some have used the gifts, talents and energy inherent at birth in despicable and self-serving ways, cannot excuse one from ascribing to God a malicious, uncaring heart.
A creator’s intentions are revealed by the names given to his creation, the rules by which he gives his creation to live, and by the expectations, purposes and outcomes he declares over them. All of these are commensurate with their inbred potential.
No demand or calling of God to His creatures exceeds the ability given into them at birth. (The lawn mower manual details only the mower’s benefits and capabilities based on the the manufacturer’s design - nothing more, nothing less)
If the intention of a creator is solely good then every communication from that creator to the one he creates is designed to help him reach his destiny . . . goodness. Knowing every possibility of danger or wrong, does not mean one should not exercise faith and risk. He is faithful who calls us. If we trust Him, He will bring it to pass. Fear and doubt insulate us from achieving. Faith unites us with our Source and adds His capabilities to those He’s already built into us.
When our Creator calls us holy ones, chosen of God, and dearly loved, and says nothing shall be impossible to him that believes. He is simply declaring what is. And revealing what He intended from everlasting.
