Mao Ze Dong stated, Political power grows from the barrel of a gun. Such statements reveal the natural man's preferred tools for exerting influence: domination (violent force) and manipulation (witchcraft). To crush, to restrain, to trip, to oppress, to snuff out is the fleeting power of small and evil men. He, the self-exalted man, would rule the world, who cannot guarantee his next breath.

Jesus proclaimed, Behold, I give you authority over all the power of the devil. To those blind to the unseen world such a statement seems silly. Even to Christians whose understanding of the Kingdom of God stalls beyond their sight and intellect, such words mean little.

What is real power?
- To reveal, to call someone a name that opens vistas never considered.
- To lift, to release, to declare a word over a person that empowers them to enter the very world that word expresses.
- To direct the trajectory of a man's future (destiny) life-ward - and thereby change his sphere of influence in his family, workplace, community, and world.
- To enlarge vision and influence for good for his children and theirs and theirs and theirs.

Your words are worlds in the womb. You were made to carry immense influence in the seen and unseen realms. You cannot help it. Turn this way or that, you are planting and producing fruit that feeds vanity and death, or light and everlasting life.

The power in you is inestimable. United with the Prince of Life, your choices and your words are infused with the Spirit and power of an Endless Life. Just a man? Just a woman? Don't kid yourself. The arrows in your quiver fell giants and establish nations. They break open prisons and mend broken hearts.

O, consider again the Treasure you carry, and the glorious assignment to show it and tell it and give it away. What dignity, what honor, what privilege is given you. The Captain who commissions you supplies overwhelming power to accomplish His charge.

The movies we watch are merely pretend people pretending to do great things. They have great appeal because they call to a place in our soul that knows it was born for great purpose, for grand feats of conquest.

Man makes a club that beats him. Every man willing to surrender his natural weapons and his 'right to rule his own world' may unite to the true King and find all of his enemies subdued.

True power emanates from Jesus Christ who overcame the world, the flesh and the devil, whose Name is supreme and whose authority, absolute.
